It is beneficial to know that you have all essentials in your bag before & after the workout session. For regular gym-goers pre-packing the bag is routine work. If you are visiting a gym for the first time other than yours, it is not uncommon to forget gym gears. Consider a bag which fits your need it should not be too small or too big. Choose a bag that can be comfortably carried everywhere without any hassle.

To prevent mishaps, there is a list of "Must Have" for every Gym Goer.


Appropriate Shoes: Gym Shoes is a must-have item on the list. The right kind of shoes is essential for a particular workout. As the running shoes cannot be used for lifting purposes.


Gym clothes: Proper workout gear & gym attire helps to become more productive during the sessions.


Headphones: Favorite workout music always keeps us motivated during the workout, by keeping the adrenal rush high. A good quality headphone can always make a difference between a good & great workout.


Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential during the workout. So reusable water bottle should be used to have sips between the workout sessions.


Towel- A clean cotton / Microfiber towel can be used during the workout.

To wipe out the sweat & germs left by the fellow gym members.


Snacks- One or two protein bar can be in the gym bag for post or pre-workout. If someday by chance the meal is missed at that time bars are a great saviour. It is also a great way to fuel the body post-workout instead of eating junk outside.


Personal Care items: Personal hygiene should be given high priority. Besides just getting freshen up after the workout other things should also be taken care of before leaving the common locker room. Common things like Deodorant, body wash, Comb etc.
