Gluten Free Vegan Pizza


Looking to add something different & new to your diet. Try this it is yummy & hardly any takes any time to prepare.


Ingredients:

-60gms of Besan

-1cup of Chopped Capsicum, Onion & Tomato

- Salt as per your taste

-Oregano & Peri Peri Powder for taste.

-5gms of oil.


Preparation:

-Add Besan, Chopped capsicum, Chopped onion, chopped tomato in a mixing bowl.

- Add 1/4 cup of water to it & mix everything well. Avoid adding too much water to it or else the batter will be very thin.

-Add salt to the mixture as per your taste. Mix till a smooth flowing consistency in the batter.

-Heat a Tawa on low flame & spread the oil uniformly over the Tawa.

Then take a lade full of batter & pour on the pan. Spread the batter uniformly on the pan & cook it until the base gets light golden.

-Flip it & cook the other side too. Now it is ready to serve.
