4. Physical Activity: More physical activity leads to an increase in the number of calories used by the body. Thereby it increases the total calories expenditure & help in losing weight effectively. Evidence shows that regular physical activity is needed to maintain weight loss.


5.Patience: Last but not least key to weight loss is patience & perseverance. You have to understand that a healthy weight loss takes time & does not happen overnight.
